Morning Circuit


Start your day off with a HUFF and PUFF.  Two different instructors = two different sessions including

Fit Ball, Bodyweight Functional Strength, Spin Bikes, weights and a little boxing in the mix.

Mature and Motivated

These sessions are designed for our MATURE clients and include exercises to assist in maintaining strength and mobility. 

Body Tone

Three different sessions, short and sharp intervals to boost that metabolism. BYO sense of humor. Try our new Wednesday class "cardio core" half Spin Cycle and half Swiss Ball.

Swiss Ball

Develop your core with this surprisingly challenging session.

Insanity - (Beach Body)

These are 30 minutes of high intensity!  The sessions are designed to run as a block.  Call for details

Boxing Circuit

Get ready to HUFF and PUFF, great for the core, calves and arms.
